Hallo,
Does anyone have a (simple?) javascript code for me to
prevent that people take the photo's of my website while
they use the right mouse button.
I know that there are ways around this and people can
still get the picture, but in that case it is much less easier
and only the handy people can get it then. That already
helps.

There seems to be two ways to put things on the clipboard ( I don't mean
different formats): SetClipboardData and OleSetClipboard
If I want to get data off the clipboard do I care how it was put there?
What about Drag/Drop; is there more than one way for the source to make data
available
Is it always OLE?

Hi All,
I must be missing something really obvious, so I'd appreciate someone
helping me out. I have a simple Windows form that currently only has a title
bar (aka the Text Property is set) and the MinmizeBox, ControlBox and
MaximizeBox(es) are all set to false. It's FormBorderStyle is set to "Fixed
Single". Eventually this form will have a nice background image. I need to
use this form as sort of back drop while other forms/operations...

I have an ASP.NET (Framework v1.1) page that takes 10-20 seconds to load.
There are hyperlinks, drop-down menus, and buttons. When the user performs
an action, we want to prevent them from clicking on anything until the
postback is complete.
Is there a way to diasble to whole page during any postback?
Thank you,
Mark Lauser

I create a UserControl (.ascx), and then change it in code to:
Inherits System.Web.UI.WebControls.WebParts.WebPart
expecting that it will now be treated as a WebPart. But this immediately
generates 2 errors. How does one go about creating a WebPart by inheriting
as above?
(I know that I can drag a UserControl into a WebPartZone and it will be
wrapped in a GenericWebPart.) Thanks

Being you can drag webparts from zone to zone, is there a way to control drag
speed while dragging/scrolling up the page?
I have a list of webparts that may go beyond the page. If a user wants to
drag the bottom webpart up to the top, I was wondering if the speed of this
drag/scroll action can be controlled.
Thanks

Hi,
I have a web part page with a toolbar webpart and a grid webpart. In the toolbar, I have menu-items to update a field.
For selecting the value of the field I have another asp.net webform which shows the various options in a dropdownlist.
This form has to be a modal form and has to be shown on click the Toolbar menu items. When the user selects an option from the drop-down list and click OK then the option selected has to be
returned...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
