Image changes on different server

Hi,

I have an application in which it shows links on left frame and images
on right frame. I am calculating the image height and width to fit to
the client's window dynamically based on the screen resolution of the
client's machine.

Here what i see is the problem....

everything looks good when i did my dev machine, but if i deploy on
different server then my image is getting squeezed....hei ght is reduced
and width is increased.

I kept alert statements to check the screen resolution of different
server...to my surprise both (dev & integration) servers are having the
same resolution.

can someone throw the light that what am i missing here....
why the image is getting squeezed...

Any ideas Pls...

Thanks
Srini

I am rotating images of different dimensions. My problem is that when a new image is displayed in a new position which had an image of a different dimension, the old image is first stretched to the dimension of the new image, before the new image is loaded. We regularly make drive images of our entire server and store it at a backup site. To be honest I have never fully understood how the imaging programs deal with open files. My question is will the drive image make a good copy of MySQL DB or should I be running a mysqldump before doing the drive image?

The current function is returning an error when run...

Hello! I've seen a lot of post about this but every one of them ends up with the same solution: Set: Response.Cache.SetExpires(new DateTime(2000, 1, 1)); // some date in the past.... Response.Cache.SetCacheability(HttpCacheability.NoCache);

Hi all, I have an application which generates image graphs. These cache nicely at the client, however if the user submits more data, I'd like to force a reload of the image from the server. I had a google, but all I could find were suggestions to use a varying query in the URL. This is not a solution to my problem because if I change the...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
