Hi,
I have can upload a file to the server from my aspx page using the
uploadfile control. When the user click on submit I'd like to show an
animated gif while the file is being uploaded. But how can I know when
the file was uploaded and I can stop showing the animation ?
The way I've done it:
I have a multiview control.
view1 -> upload interface
view2 -> animation while uploading

Hi,
I have a multiview control with several views. Is there an easy way to save
this control and restore it when I return to the page? Or, do I have to walk
through the controlarray for each view and save each control? I'm hoping
there is an easier way!

I have a MultiView control with 2 Views in it. In the first View I have
a form which contains sereral input controls and a custom UserControl.
In this custom UserControl I have a button which causes a postback.
When the click event gets handled I am grabbing the MultiView instance
from a parent control (using a recusive method).
When i change the active View on this MultiView control nothing

Greetings All,
here is my situation. i have a master page that has a login user control
embedded on it. within the user control there is a multiview. in the
default view, the username/passwords fields are there. once the user is
authenticated, the page posts back, and the multiview view changes to another
view where a menu is displayed.
under this set of circumstances, is it possible to use the postback url

A weird problem is happening every 1/500 times page is used. When page
posts back, it briefly shows ViewState in the browser just like it appears
when you do "view source", then shows the original contents of the page
before button on the page has been clicked.
This happens on Windows XP Professional with service pack 2 and IE 6.

When I include a MultiView control in my application, I receive the
following error:
MultiView cannot have children of type 'Label'. It can only have children
of type View.
I receive the same error (with 'Label' replaced with another control type)
