Need help diagnosing intermittent Memory error when running RDLC reports

When I run a specific report I intermittently, on different laptops, desktops,
etc, get this error:
An error has occurred during report processing.
Exception of type 'System.OutOfMe moryException' was thrown.

The report is very simple, about 9 data controls with a small header. The
stored procedure for this report when I run it in Query Analyzer brings back
over 3,000 rows in less than a second.

The webserver and database server are the same machine.

How can I diagnose and resolve this problem?

To all, Running into an out of memory error on our data warehouse server. This occurs only with our data from the 'September' section of a large fact table. The exact same query running over data from August or any prior month for that matter works fine which is why this is so weird. Note that June 2004 through today is stored in the same f_pageviews table. Nothing has changed on the server in the last couple of months. I upgraded...

All: I am having a problem with Microsoft Reporting Services. I am running a local report (RDLC) on ASP.Net. Running the report obviously can use a lot of memory because it must consume ADO.Net. My problem is that the report does not seem to be very good about releasing the memory. It appears that the report holds on to memory until the ASP.net session is torn down. So, if I run the report over and over, I will eventually get an...

With VS2005/Vista using the ReportViewer control, on my development PC I have a report with an embedded subreport. The report/subreport runs fine in VS test as well as ClickOnce deployed on the development PC. However, when ClickOnce deployed on user PC's over a network, the report runs, but in the subreport area is the message: "ERROR: subreport could not be shown". If the report can run as deployed by ClickOnce on my PC, then I tend...

I've been experiencing an intermittent crash where no python stacktrace is provided. It happens for a url downloading process that can last up to 12 hours and crawls about 50,000 urls. I'm using urllib2 for the downloads. There are 5-10 downloading threads, and some custom website exploration code for providing the urls to crawl. The downloads are completed in memory (not piped), then saved to a file. There are also nice per domain...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
