Hello:
I'm running Windows server 2003. I've never had any problems with debugging,
but now I cannot debug ANY of my projects. I'm getting this error:
"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web
server. Access is
denied."

I began to use Windows 2003 server for a short time. Whenever I try to

From xp pro and when using the to "step into stored procedure" option upon
connection to a database in VS 2003 im getting the message:
" cannot debug stored procedures because the SQL server database is not
setup correctly or does not have permission to execute <stored procedure
name>. Run SQL server setup or contact database administrator ".

When I write
System.Diagnostics.Debug.Assert(False)
the VB.NET compiler complains:
'Debug' is not a member of 'Diagnostics'.
However, the object browser shows the Debug class inside
Diagnostics just fine, and shows the Assert methods inside Debug.

Hello,
I'm using an executable (for which I do not have the source code nor the pdb
file) as the startup application to load a DLL I'm writing and need to
debug. If I try to debug the DLL I immediately get the error "Unable to
start debugging. Unable to start program XXX.exe". If I do "Start without
debugging" my startup application gets correctly executed. Is this problem

I'm trying to launch a webservice in Debug from visual studio .net
2003. When I do that I get an error: "Cannot start debugging on the
webserver".
This happens on old and new projects, both using Visual Studio 2003
and 2005.
I think that ASP.NET is correctly configured as the application works
correctly if I launch it directly form internet explorer.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
