PDA and mobile toolkit questions

Hi

I am required to do some work on a palm pilot PDA and would like to
know if ASP.NET 2.0 is up to the job. Obviously I would need the Mobile
Toolkit but am I right that the toolkit is best run using asp.net 1.1
rather than .net 2.0?

I need to create an application that will allow a user to select items
rather than enter text, have multiple tabs and be able to transfer
data. Is a web app or a winforms app the best way forward?

I am not sure the best approach for transferring the data but I know
the palm has blue tooth. Once the palm is in range of the client
computer can it then connect to the internet and send/recieve data via
web services, or do I need to transfer data to the client then upload
it to the server?

The following is an example of what kind off app I am after:-

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks Rippo

Hi there, I've just started to dig into mobile ASP.NET and I'd really wish to clarify few things. I have the experience with ASP.NET. 1) Some tutorials mention something called Microsoft Mobile Internet Toolkit to be installed over .NET Framework 1.0. Is this Toolkit required when using ..NET Framework 1.1? At this moment my research...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention.
