In mozilla 1.6/1.7 it looks the way I want it, with a thin separation
between the two boxes. In IE6, the two boxes touch, which is not what I
want. Is there a way to get IE6 to do it the mozilla way?

I have an Access 97 report that mimics an official UK Covernment
Customs document, with Page Headers and Footers presenting static data
for each page (logos etc). The report is made up (typically) of
several lines of detail data, with a few summary lines at the foot of
these. I am (nearly) achieving the right "look and feel" by presenting

Hopefully I can explain this OK.....What I am trying to do is
create a QC check sheet using the following fields: ASN, PO & Qty. This
information will be at the top of each report with loads of labels
below which users will have as a check list.
1 ASN may have many PO's and the Qty is at PO level so 1 Qty for each PO
I have set it up so far so that a new page is forced for each ASN. On
each page there should be 1 ASN number,...

I've got this little app that tracks metadata from about a dozen different
systems and feeds.
Seems to have all the mapping info that's needed to follow a data element from
one place to another...and I've put together a couple of reports that do that.
Problem is that, so far, the reports aren't real easy to look at...or for the
user to understand...

Is it possible to use two different tables with the Report Design
Wizard? My report requires data from two different tables and I can't
figure out how to get the wizard to accept the second one.
Also, my report uses a bunch of fields which I then rearrange so that
they all fit on one page. However, Access thinks that the report is
still three pages wide and includes two blank pages where the fields
were when I added them to the report....

When viewing reports, the vertical distance between the two group are
too big. I've tried to reduce the vertical distances but i can't.

Most suggestions on this topic recommend to use a page footer and make
it visible only on the last page. My problem is that the footer is half
of the height of a page which means the detail would show on only the
top half of each page with whitepace at the bottom of each page.
How can I get the detail to fill each page with my "half page height"
report footer at the bottom of the last page?
Any suggestions to solve this would be...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
