Drag n' drop AJAX in .net

I've been casually looking at the various asp.net ajax libraries looking for
one to start playing with. But I'm still stumped as to which one I should go
with.

The key feature I'm looking for is a drag-n-drop ability to resort/update a
dataset/list.

I am NOT using asp.net 2.0 for this project, so AJAX isn't in the running.

Given that, any suggestions on a specific ajax library for .net that offers
some sort of drag and drop updateable custom control and/or wrapper for a
control?

Hi, I've been working on a drag drop system and something happened when I tried to switch the code from a working model to one with another database. The drag drop still works, but the informatin in the database is still not updating. I kind of got aggravated and could not figure out the problem with my 4 months of PHP experience. If anyone would like to look over the code, then go tot his URL and get in touch with me if interested!

Hi, I am trying to put together the last major pieces of my project's puzzle. This is more website/client-side architecture than JavaScript syntax but I hope this is a good place to ask. I'm a little stumped with which direction to take and advice would be greatly appreciated. I think this is a generally interesting problem but I haven't seen a post this long here before :S I have developed half of the admin interface for an e-commerce

Hello Fellow Developers, I am using the awesome drag and drop script found at http://script.aculo.us/. I have also added a modification that interacts to a db for reordering upon release of a dragable item. Within each dragable is a input checkbox. This checkbox holds a DB id value that is sent on submit. This process works fine in IE, but in FF the checkbox values dont get sent via GET, or POST. How do i get FF to react as i think it...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
