Scrolling to bottom of page

I need the browser to scroll my asp.net page to the bottom when the user
clicks on a server-side link or button at the top of the page. I added an
anchor tag <a name=#bottom> to the html and tried to attach javascript to
the click event of the button that creates <a href=#bottom>, but it won't
work. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I am using ASP.NET 1.1.
Thanks,

We're incorporating Google Adsense into our website and are trying to have the ad box scroll with the page. Ideally the layer would move with the page as people are scolling down. I've seen other sites do this, but I have no idea how to do it. When I set the layer to be 'fixed', the layer stays in place when people scroll when using Opera...

I am attempting to create <A HREF> links to <A NAME> targets in a series of extremely wide web pages composed of tables with text and images sitting side by side. This is a failure since both Netscape and Explorer seem to assume that <A NAME> anchors target part of a vertical web page, where all that is needed is for the window to advance to...

On every page I have a <p ID="URhere"> that appears only when you print. (It's "display:none" in the general style sheet.) It would be nice if I could suggest that the browser print it at the bottom of the last page,(*) rather than immediately after the last text. Example: http://oakroadsystems.com/genl/unice.htm I read the text on "paged...
