Hi,
I've written a webservice. The testingpage is real cool but it doesn;t allow
me to test it on a different machine. It says something like only on local
machine.
How can i set it to also enable remote machines to test the webservice ?

what do i need to enable accessing of webservices from a clients PC
i'm hosting some webservices from my server in VB.NET.
i've got some client windows applications done in VB.NET.
what have i got to install on the clients PC to be able to access these
webservices??
Will just the .NET Framework suffice???
Or do i have to install SOAP??
note - the OS of the client can be win98, win2K, win3000, winXP

This is my first attempt at getting help in this manner. Please

I suddenly find myself in urgent need of instruction on how to
communicate with a MySQL database table on a web server, from inside
of my company's Access-VBA application. I know VBA pretty well but

hi all,
i am running slackware linux and need to use some function that will
will enable me to write and read from a shared mem segment..
i am using open() , to open a file, and then use mmap to get a void*
file_memory pointer. then i use fwrite(aStruct,structSize,1,(((FILE*)
file_memory) + anOffset)) to try to write to the file but it crashes.
could it be that fwrite does not understand the file_memory pointer?
what else can i use to...

I do a return as XMLDataDocument in my webservice but it returns not
with the namespaces etc in them. Anyone have and example where I can
have the webservice return it as a XML. C# preferred.
Flash just sees it as an object when it calls the web service.
