I have written a simple program that calculates a running $ total. This
program uses a checkbox to acknowledge that that version of the ticket
is desired and it checks the Qty box to see how many tickets are
desired. Based upon the checkbox being checked and the number of tickets
desired directly affects the running grand total (of course!). OK I
have set where if ticketsDesiredTotal>0 then checkbox.checked = true.

Actually, I'm wondering if there's anything of the sort avaliable in
the wild - a developer oriented W3C browser. It's kinda W3C's online
validation service, just that it runs on locahost as an application. It
reads a config file to see what is allowed to pass, and what is depreciated,
and whether fails the deperciated one.
Basically, it'll only render what W3C recommandations and nothing

Greetings,
Now I can understand that 0 equal false, but should "" also equal
false?
Apparently the answer is yes. When I test both Firefox and IE, they
both say ""==false . I assume this goes back to the original spec for
JavaScript.
Not very intuitive but I guess I can code around this.

While reading c.l.j, I've noticed that some people prefer and indeed even
recommend the use of "window.alert()" over "alert()".
I can't find any technical reason to make this distinction, and seems to
have a (tiny) amount overhead since window itself points to the global
object, hence, a circular reference.
(From everything I am reading, window is just a REFERENCE back to the
global object, as opposed to a separate object.)
