Debugger Starts Old Version of ASPX Page??

I've done the following in VS2005.

1. Created an aspx page with no content other than "hello".
2. Ran the page successfully in debug mode.
3. Modified the page contents.
4. Ran the page successfully in debug mode several times.
5. Modied the contents.
6. When I run in debug mode I see the very first version of the page in
IE.

I've cleared the temp internet files under the .NET framework directory,
I've cleared all temp files in IE, I've restarted IIS, I've rebooted my
machine but it still keeps showing the original version.

I know that ASP.NET uses a local web service instead of IIS... is it
possible that it's caching the pages? If so how do I clear it's cache or
restart it?

This is really impacting my work efforts and I'd sure appreciate any help
that you can offer.

Thanks VERY MUCH,

Ken Sturgeon

(sorry for the duplicate post, just wanted to make the subject line clearer) How do you set up pdb such that you will automatically get dropped into its prompt if an unanticipated exception occurs in a script you are using? ASPN Python cookbook gives you the following method which you can add to your script and hook into sys.excepthook. But is there a way to do it without adding stuff to your

Hello, I'm having a problem with running the Debugger on Windows 2000 Pro workstation. The help says that there are version of windows in which the debugger is not automatically attached, but it does not bother telling me what version of windows this occurs on. So does the debugger automatically attach for Windows 2000 pro workstation? It also tells me how to manually attach the debugger, but I can not seem to get the hang of it. It...

Enterprise Library Jan 2006 with Visual Studio 2005 on Windows 2000 Server sp4. My custom exception formatter fails with a "Unable to handle exception: 'LoggingExceptionHandler'." exception. When I attached the debugger to the process and stepped into the code it executed without error. In both cases I was running a Debug build, the only difference in the case that works is that I attached the debugger to the same exact binaries....

I have created an C++ application with Windows Forms, ADO and SQL server 2005. Now I need to change something and started debugging the code. Then suddenly I receive an error. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." The progran ends on a windows form designer...

Can anyone tell me why j never shows up in my locals window? 32 is printed to console so I know the assignment is working. I was under the impression that I could see everything as it happens by setting a breakpoint then F11 on through the code. Kind of disturbing that j never shows up, (regardless of where I set my breakpoint) as it makes me wonder what else I'm not seeing. Is there a 'show everything' debugger option or something I'm...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
