how to handle treenode onclick event

CS
Hi All,

I have a treeview webcontrol ASP page which is dynamically created by
C# code behind. After the treenodes are populated , I want to handle
mouse onclick on individual onclick action. Then pass the content of
that node to another asp page to be processed for that node contents
then return back another page. How to do it?

I am using .Net V2 and WebControl V1.0

Thanks.

Here is a snip... ---code snip--- private void _TreeView_AfterSelect(object sender, TreeViewEventArgs e) { customTreeNode foo = (customTreeNode)e.Node; displayInfo(foo);

If I have a "Handle" of a TreeNode, how can I refer to the treenode? For example, if the treenode is tn then I want to get tn.Text or tn.Index. In other words, TreeNode has its pointer property as Handle, how do I crossreference? -- Thanks for your help. Harshad Rathod

Hi, I have a Website which allows users to input data. After they finished entering data they can click a button to save their input. Problem now is, that I have no possibility to visualize that the page is being saved and when it is (hopefully) done saving. I thought about a modal window being opened using JavaScript when they click the save button telling them that the data is being saved. After saving is completed I could use...

My question is: Can i open and close a treenode without clicking on +/- image (but just clicking on the treenode caption (title property) ? Thanks, Andrea.

Hi, I have a WinForms application (C#, VS 2005) that consists of a treeview control and a notify icon. Below is a complete example of this application. The treeview has one root node and one child node. When I close the form, it will not be closed but minimised to the system tray. A double-click on the notify icon wakes it up and displays it again. My expection was that the treeview handle would be destroyed when the form is sent to the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
