Im really stuck with this.
I have a propietary GIS system, with a georaphical database (like Oracle
Spatial)... with a lot of gis info and maps.
The point is ... i actually have a very big and complex subrutine that can
read and analize that DB... and generate an spatial output. I can use the
the Bitmap object from the System.Drawing namespace and simply draw the
output from teh DB.... but it's a bitmap/raster image.

I am creating a program in where a club applies to schedule a weekend of
activities. The same activity cannot be held within a one-hundred mile
driving distance of another club scheduled for that particular weekend. Is
there some easy tool to use to check mileage between two locations?

I have to run the simulation of a trace file around (7gb contains
116million entries)...
presently i am using vector iterators to check the conditions in my
program.....
it is taking 2 days to finish whole simulation.....
my question are the map iterators are faster than vector
iterators.....
does it improve the performance....

Hi all;
I have a problem when inserting an element to a vector. All I want is
reading some data from a file and putting them into a vector. But the
program is crashing after pushing a data which has string value. I
really do not understand why push_back() function is trying to remove
previously inserted data.
