My db looks after the hiring and lending of equipment, the form which books
out equipment hired prints a signout sheet and automatically inserts an
appointment into outlook advising the operator on the due date that a
particular hire is due.
I have used microsoft's automated appointment code to do this, what I would
also like the code to do is to email an appointment to the person hiring the
gear.
Knowing that you can email an...

I need to develop a scheduler that will integrate Outlook's Calendar
capabilities (individual/recurrent appointments, week and month view, etc...)
with a few additional fields from our program. In our case, an appointment
being made will be seen globally (the Calendar will display the appointment)
but a record will be added to a another table saying that the appointment was
made for a specific user (the additional fields). That way we can...

Do anybody know how to export events to Outlook from a php script? I'm
making a list of events, and my idea is that when the user clicks on
the event it will be exported to his or hers Outlook-calendar. I don't
want to force the users to install any software (like a RSS-reader).
Thanks in advance,

Hi,
Following the introduction of an appointment booking system in Access I've now given myself another issue.
As I'm sending lots of appointments out I'm also then getting lots of the same appointments in my calendar as the organiser.
My question is:
Is there anyway to prevent the organiser entry being logged?
I have switched off the 'ResponseRequested' option so I don't get bomb barded with replies.
Any ideas?

Please, if you have the time and knowledge to help me I'd truly
appreciate it!
I need to build a calendar page that displays available/unavailable
info from a DB and colour a cell according to that info, but somewhere
I've gone completely off the rails! Basically it is a room
availability page for an intranet and should simply colour a calendar
cell red if the room is booked, or green if it isn't. Rooms are
typically booked by lecturers...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
