adding main.aspx.vb & main.aspx.resx under aspx

Hello,

In an *.sln solution,
I have added a project (VB .NET),
and under the project, I have added some files.
I did : right click + add existing file (I had the existing files :
main.aspx, main.aspx.vb, main.aspx.resx)

main.aspx.vb & main.aspx.resx don't appear under main.aspx,

.... and I want that main.aspx.vb & main.aspx.resx will appear just under the
main.aspx.vb.

How can I do that ?

Thanks :)

They are right there. by default you wouldnt see them; Click on the Show all
files icon in the solution explorer. Or right click on the designer of a
..aspx page and click on View Code, you would see the code file

First of all sorry for the cross-posting but I am not sure wether this belongs under internationalization or just general. Environment: Visual Studio .NET 2003 Problem: Newly added and renamed resource files are not automatically linked to the object they belong by the IDE

Hi, When I add a webform, VS generates three files: WebForm1.aspx WebForm1.aspx.cs (could also be "WebForm1.aspx.vb" I guess) WebForm1.aspx.resx What is that last file for? How can I use it? I understand the use of (but haven't used yet..) the "stand alone" resource

I have a VS.NET Solution. I am trying to add a copy of an existing ASPX file which provides some calendar selection functionality. I used Project/Import Existing to import the aspx page and I used the option to add it to my solution. Now, when I run the app and click on the button to load the imported page, it appears, but not all the objects are filled. There are no assembly errors but I do note that if I try entering one of the imported...

Hi, I am using VS 2005 Beta, to build a localized web-application. I think it works very well to generate the strings in the resource editor, for the default language that is. To add a second language I copy the generated resx-file, and rename it to WebForm1.aspx.sv-se.resx to hold my swedish text. Here is the problem: When a new control is to be added to the form I only get a new row in my resx-file for the default language, when I...

I am building a VB.NET application in Visual Studio.NET 2003. I have an existing project with code and forms I want to reuse in this project. If I am copying a module file, then Add Existing Item works fine. However, if I am copying a form, it pulls it in as a module file, not as a form. I have tried adding the .resx file first, adding the .vb and .resx file at the same time, or deleting the .resx file, nothing seems to work. I have a...

I have strip-mined, strip-searched, and completely exhausted the Internet (up to the 30th page on Google, with 100 results per page!!), all without finding an answer to my question AS TO WHY IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PROGRAMMATICALLY ADD A BUTTON TO A DYNAMICALLY CREATED PAGE. Or, to be more precise, why it is impossible to have an onClick sub respond to that button’s Click event. My main page has only one line:

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
