Hi,
I'm running into a problem where the Microsoft Script
Debugger is no longer starting up when it encounters an
error or breakpoint. It used to prompt whenever it
encountered an error, but is no longer doing so. It
doesn't prompt to debug when it encounters an error. It
doesn't open when I use the "STOP" command in my
VBScript. It doesn't open when I select View|Script
Debugger|Open from the IE menu. It just doesn't open.

I am looking for some advice on how to debug a program when the
debugger "print" command actually clears the corruption. This is not
the usual non-initialised memory problem, because the program aborts
with a SIGBUS inside the debugger as well. But when I use the print
command inside the debugger, the program completes normally.
I am using gdb on a linux system. The offending C code is:
memcpy(new_entry, &newloc, IRECPTRLEN);

How can I "disable script debugger" programmatically using C#? Its similar
action when we check the check box from IE (Tools | Internet Options...|
Advanced).

Scenario:
This is about debugging server side scripts that make calls to
middle-tier business DLLs. The server side scripts are legacy ASP 3.0
pages, and the DLLs are managed DLLs converted/developed with VB.NET.

Hi,
Any help would be appreciated. I can't get IE to show me my script
errors. This makes it impossible to debug anything.
Disable Script debugging (Internet Explorer) is unchecked
Disable Script debugging (Other) is unchecked
Display notification about every script error is Checked
