Hello, all -
I would like to produce Avery labels, #5931, from a database I've built for
a client. I can't seem to find this Avery number in the list of labels that
pops up when one uses the label wizard.
This is a label for CD and DVD media - Word 2002 has the template built in,
but Access 2002 doesn't seem to. Does this mean I have to use a "mail-merge"
type activity, or can I get Access to use the Word template somehow?

I print mailing labels out of Access 2000 databases about 3 to 4 times a
week. I have been having problems with one thing since I have been printing
mailing labels.
I print mailing labels by using a report I created and then printing them on
a continuous-feed dot matrix printer. I used the Label Wizard, chose the
query I created, picked the 'Avery USA 4146' (1 7/16" x 4") - 3 across,
paper size: 'Fanfold 358mm x 12 in', and Printer:...

Hi,
I'm converting an existing VB/Access app into an ASP.Net Intranet app. Most
of the conversion is pretty straight forward - except the printing! The old
app prints mailing labels on Avery stationary - but I can't see how I can
replicate this from the ASP...
Any ideas on how to do this? Conversion into Word/Excel (we have v2003) is
ok, as long as its seamless for the users.

I have a printing task that is driving me crazy but I think I figured
out a solution. My whole office is on office 2000 so I was thinking I
could harness the power of a word template to print labels.
Has anyone ever done this?
I was thinking of creating a template, using the label wizard in word
and then programmatically dumping data into the form. After this is
done the labels could be printed.
Any good ideas about how I should do...

Hi,
I know Access allows for easy construction of a report setup to print labels
from a table/query, etc. I've done that one. It works pretty well for what
I need.
However, is there an example anywhere that someone can point me to that is
more flexible?
And, I mean flexible in this regard:

I have the requirement for address label printing within my software. I
have a name and address list in a ado.net in-memory dataset - I'd like a
pre-built software library which will display a number of label formats (eg
Avery label formats) and then be able to mailmerge and print the labels.
I'm willing to pay for a development licence for a product - but I need it
to be free from runtime royalties.
Anybody know of such a product?

Hi Gurus,
I have a win forms appl in c#.
I need to print out labels. What is the best way to do it.
I dont want to write the labels to an RTF document and format it by using
complicated Drawing functions.

I am just coming to grips with php, Dreamweaver and MySQL and I want to make
a facility available for the members of the group I am creating my web site
for. I want them to be able to print-out a list of address labels, using
standard Avery labels, on their home PC's using the data from my MySQL
tables. I am not yet sufficiently au fait with php to manage to code it
myself so I wondered if anybody knew of any Dreamweaver extensions, add-ins...

I have set up a query and a report using label wizard so that I can print the address details of the current record when viewed on a form. This works fine until I actually need to print:
The printer I'm using is an Epson LQ-300, printing on continuous-feed labels (Avery 4013's I think).
The problem I've got is that the following text is printed before each label:
@EJL 1284.4
@EJL
The address is then printed but is followed by approx 30...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
