Hello, all -
I would like to produce Avery labels, #5931, from a database I've built for
a client. I can't seem to find this Avery number in the list of labels that
pops up when one uses the label wizard.
This is a label for CD and DVD media - Word 2002 has the template built in,
but Access 2002 doesn't seem to. Does this mean I have to use a "mail-merge"
type activity, or can I get Access to use the Word template somehow?
Any help appreciated, as always. Thank you.

The mail merger option would work. However, have you tried the Customize button on the
first page of the Label Wizard? Once you have it open, click the New button and fill out
the details for the labels. Since these are normally only one label across, you will leave
a lot of the boxes as zero.

Thank you, Wayne. I completely overlooked that. I'll give it a try.

A bit OT but derivative of the original question, what are the most popular
labels sizes (top 5)?
TIA.

Hi all,
I have Microsoft Visual C++ .NET (2002) program that is
installed on my Windows XP Professional Operating System
PC. I started my project (named HelloMCPP)in the Managed

console. I did "Build" the program 'HelloMCPP' and I
got 'Fatal Error LNK1561: entry point must be defined

Sorry for the multi-post, after posting to the first group someone suggested
that I post here too.
Hello all.
We are running an ASP.NET app using MSSQL for the database. We would like to
pull records from the database and place them into a document that prints
mailing labels in the Avery 5160 format.

Hi there,
I'm just beginning to learn PHP and MySQL, but I'm finding it difficult! I
wondered if someone could help me out with a problem I'm having, or at least
point me in the right direction? I have setup a MySQL database which
contains the following, though I would like to expand on this in the future

I am just coming to grips with php, Dreamweaver and MySQL and I want to make
a facility available for the members of the group I am creating my web site

standard Avery labels, on their home PC's using the data from my MySQL
tables. I am not yet sufficiently au fait with php to manage to code it
myself so I wondered if anybody knew of any Dreamweaver extensions, add-ins...

I am creating an Excel 2002 sheet programmatically using VB.Net. It all
works fine. But now I'd like to add a photograph to each row. I've done

but that doesn't illustrate how to put a photograph...

Using Access 2003, I need to create an automatic Serial Number.
Example "7235-E001"
"7" is current year
"235" is day
"-E" is static
"001" is sequencial, restarting at "001" each day
I set a table field with "=right(Format(Now(),"yy") & Format(Format(Now(),"y"),"000"),4)" to create the year/day number.----I should be able to add &"-E"& to add the static "-E"----I tried to add this all together with the "autonumber", but that obviously...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
