Hello Access Developers,
I'd like to know if it is possible to perform a count in an expression
that defines a control source.
My report is based on a query. In my report, I want a text box to
display the number of times a certain value appears in a certain field
(i.e. perform a ‘count'). I will be doing this for many values in many
fields so do not wish to have scores of queries to build my report.

I keep running into this over and over again...
I want a block server control that renders a header and footer, and child
controls in between.
But I don't want a templated control, for the following reasons:
1) Render blocks are not allowed inside a templated control.
2) I want the inner controls scoped at the parent aspx (or ascx), not at the
template naming container.
This type of control would be ideal for website headers and...

Here is the issue:
1. I would like to create an ASP.Net/C# control to append a dynamic
header and footer to **every** web page (depending on the page the
content of each will vary).
I can easily create the control yet herein lay the problem:
2. The folks who edit the HTML content are NOT programmers and even
though the content pages will have an aspx extension, there will be

Does someone know how can I make a user control which allow me to
customize it like a datagrid or a repeater ...
For example, I would like to call my control in an aspx page like this
:
<%@ Register TagPrefix="TAG" TagName="MyUserControl"
Src="~/ascx/myUC.ascx" %>
<TAG:MyUserControl runat="server">
<Header>

Hello,
I have a repeater that is bound to a SQL Server table. I would like to
place a summary in the footer for the item count and product cost.
I have two fields. One for the product name and the other for product
cost.
<%#Container.DataItem("ProductA")%>
<%#Container.DataItem("PriceA")%>

header and footer that appear by default.
I gather its done with a style sheet.
Please advise.

Hi there,
I've been trying to implement a repeater control in an ASP.NET 2 page
but I can't seem to get the layout exactly how I want and I'm not sure
if it's something that I am doing wrong or maybe the repeater control
doesn't have the capabilities...?
The page needs to display a custom number of sections that appear the
same but have different data..

I am trying to create a project using the ASP.NET AJAX accordion control. I
would like to dynamically add panes to the control with a form template added
when the pane is added. I have tried unsuccessfully in creating the whole
pane as a user control and have succeeded in adding the pane and then
dynamically adding the content which is a user control to the pane,
dynamically within the page.
However I would like to have a single pane...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
