looking at the Response

Hi,
when my page is *about* to be rendered to the client, I want to see all the
html that is generated. How can I see that html? I tried but Render override
doesnt give me that information, it only allows me to add information to the
page html.

Ab,
Yes, the Render method will easily allow you to add to the content, but
you have to do a bit more to read it or change it. Check out my blog post
for a sample that will do this:

That was awesome, exactly what I was looking for. Now I'm going to extract my
*table* tag out of it and render it as an excel attachment content, which is
why I was lloking for it. Now while I do that parsing, can you tell me why
the crystal report viewer's RenderControl method generates "programmin g
error" whenever I call it?

thanks.

Ab,
Sorry. I can't speak about Crystal Reports. I've never used it. Try
the crystal reports newsgroup.

Best regards,

Hello, Although posted this a few weeks ago I still have gotten much feedback so I want to put this out again and see if the response gets a bit more interesting. I have been searching on the web for a while now for a specific Python implementation of an FSM. More specifically what I am looking for is a Python implementation of the so called UML Harel State Machine notion of a state machine. These are multi-threaded capable state

I hope this is an appropriate group for this question? I work with a non-profit group that uses SQL Server 2000 for their data backend. They have a moderate size web site with many data driven web pages (ASP at the moment but looking to move to ASP.NET). They also have several custom written Windows applications (VB) that access the database. The people that manage the business have no IT background. They depend on volunteers like me...

I have a web application that has several web controls on it. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings." If I hit refresh it pulls the page right...

Hi, I support an enterprise web application (IE client) built in VB6, with about 200 classes, serving about 7000 users, running on 3 clustered servers. I need to incorporate web reporting for the first time, so I am interested in learning what web reporting options are out there, and the pros and cons of each. In general I need to generate reports with XML documents as inputs, and make them available to all web users. I am partial...

I know a little about VBA, but everything I know I've learned on my own through trial and error (and cut & paste). Now I'm actually taking a class, but it's online twice a week. I'm running through the chapters on my own and I'm coming up with some questions that I'm afraid might be too stupid to post here (don't want to ruin my image, hahaha) Does anyone know where I might go to find answers to such simple questions, via posting or...

Hi all there, Form time to time, I go back to this project of mine that drives me nuts, now. Sometimes ago, I have been suggested to use DAO insted of ADO for getting the "ROWSOURCE" property of an Access table. So it should have worked like this: ....fldName.Properties("RowSource").

Here is the data stream {"result":{"overview":},"version":"1.0","format":"JSON","proc":"GetPlantOverview","id":"1"} Here is my code. It give it to me in a decent view. lookin to find out how much easier it would have been to make this work in a table format and how to get it to auto refresh.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
