Just a thought: what if you posted the W3C's "Valid XHTML" images on a
webpage that doesn't even use XHTML? Or with a Valid CSS thing. What
could the W3C do to you anyway? Maybe I'll do that just to spite them.

1. Application was installed manually.
2. Installed CRNET1_1 installer which created the
CrystalReportWebFormViewer2 virtual Directory. created "Create" a web site.
3. Displays images locally (localhost) - web garden, but when accessed
remotely fails to display images(Only data displayed).
Any idea why?.

Does anyone know where I can find a client-side function I can reference from within an
HTML/JavaScript web page? I'm currently using a core PHP function to do this, but I'd rather do it
on the client-side and not have to upload the large raw image to the server.

I have a web page/script that displays image files residing on disk. I
do not know what size they are (in pixels), so I want to be able to
resize an image if it is bigger than the limit I allow (say, 900 pixels
wide).
I want to create the resized image in memory and serve it directly,
without saving the resized image to disk (they are only temporary, and

imagestring essentially turns text strings into images. Unfortunately,
these images can be of any size and, as far as I know, an images size
needs to be decided upon before imagestring is called.
So is there anyway the size that imagestring would require could be
calculated before the image was created?
When TTF fonts are used, the imagettfbbox function can be used to do
this, but what if TTF fonts aren't being used?
