I have sub-classed the TextBox. In its OnKeyDown event I can intercept key
strokes, examine them, etc. When I get a certain keycode (e.g., 'A') I want
to change it to another unicode key from a different code page (e.g.,
"\u2801"). But the KeyCode, KeyData, and KeyValue properties of KeyEventArgs
are all only getters. They are read only and thus do not permit changing the
assigned KeyCode. My question is this: How do I change the KeyCode...

I'd like to know if it's possible to change the contents of a div tag
based on something the user is doing.
For example. If there is a text box on a page and the user types his or
her name can I update an existing div tag to show what they've typed
in?
Thanks.

Hi !
I have a Wep App in C#.
Page_Unload fires after Page_Load, and
it seems totally unreasonable when you want to use this event when you
_leave_ the page.
In my project we wanted to use the Page_Unload - event to clean up the
Session variables, but
when it turns out that it fires before the end, it screws up the code, and

I have a form with some controls on it, one of them has an auto postback
onchange. So the postback occurs but before the event fires, all the
controls are recreated. so my question is, if the event requires you to
replace a control with another type, e.g. replace a textbox with a date
control, how do I get it to redo the form with the new control, force
another postback ? if so , how ?
Thanks

I have an ASP.NET page where controls are created dynamically, and I
have an issue where one event handler creates another set of controls,
and then adds event handlers to those controls. The problem comes in
where I need to raise the event in the second control - the event does
not fire. I have distilled the example below down to it simplest:
on Page_Load one button is created, and a Click event hander is added
to the button. When...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
