Hi All:
I am populating a Data Table with File/Folder information from my drive... I
am then binding this data table to a DataGrid. Due to the size of the
DataGrid data, I use the built in paging. All of this seems to work just
fine. In certain circumstances I need to programically change one of the
data column values from true to false or from false to true... To do this, I
read in each datagriditem in the datagrid.items collection...

Hi all,
I'm trying to use paging and also have the following placed within the
footer of the grid following on from the NumericPages information.
Page x of y
and have the "x" as a text box where the user can enter the page that they
wish to move to.

Hi guys
Just developing a cool list that pulls data from an SQL database. I've got a
nice header, a footer, borders down the side, but no top/bottom borders for
the rows, and onmouseover / onmouseout commands to "rollover" the rows.
Looks great - then I've realised I can't page it. Grr!! It looks like I have
to use DataGrid (??) to get paging, although that doesn't support the
Templatates (again, ??).

I love the objectdatasource conrtol but I'm having trouble using the paging

pagination to the objectdatasource but I can't figure out how to use that
information to build my pagination controls. I know gridview uses this...

ASP.NET 2.0, VS 2005
I have a gridview with paging enabled, bound to an objectdatasource.
Both were dropped on to the page and configured via the wizards.
Basically working as expected.
The gridview's databind method is apparently called when the page is loaded
as I have no code calling the databind method.
How can I keep the gridview from databinding automatically and control it
myself?

I heard in an online video by Scott Gu, that there is an option to have the
asp.net datagrid in .net 2.0 do the paging in SQL Server 2005 rather than
pull all the data from the database and do it on the web server.
I've been unable to find any good documentation on this. I saw a property
to turn on paging if the select supports it, but that did not give me enough
information to complete my task.
Does anyone know where I can find...

I have encountered a problem that's driving me crazy. A program I've been
working uses a datagrid to view data from a SQL database. The paging worked
fine at first. Clicking on the select button brought up more information
about the selected record. Everything worked great. Then I added a search
function. Again, everything worked as expected.
Then for some strange reason, the paging and displaying additional
information stopped...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
