Visual Basic 6. ADO 2.8
I have an as400 DB2 V5R1 datasource. Dates are defined as *ISO format
and have a range from '0001-01-01' to '9999-12-31'. I am trying to
update a date field on the database with a value of '0001-01-01'
(*LOVAL) The problem is that I need to use ADO cursors and can not
use the SQL update command:
"update tbl set dateField = '0001-01-01 where ..." (note this works no
problem)

Could someone, anyone please tell me what I need to amend, to get this
function to take Sunday as the first day of the week?
I amended the Weekday parts to vbSunday (in my code, not the code
attached), yet when I ran it for 28/09/2003 (UK date format) it
returned Week 39. I would have expected it to return Week 40.
However, I'm really stuck and my head is busting over this, so any
pointers would be gratefully appreciated.

I have a calendar page that returns a date to a textbox on the parent
page. It is returning the wrong format on the deployment server. On
the development server the calendar returns to textbox in the
mm/dd/yyyy format. I created a deployment package and installed the
program on another server and it also returned the correct mm/dd/yyyy

How can I get the month and year a calendar control current displaying?
My problem is I want to load a list of event to a calendar so that it
display difference style if there a event for a day.
My initial idea is load all events from database and store it in a
DataTable. In the DayRender event, loop thr the DataTable and see if it equal
to e.Day and alter the style if that is.
However when the event table is large, it hurt...

I am trying to use the calander control to pick a date and retrieve information from a database. When a date is clicked on, the page re-loads, with the selected date, gets the informatino from the database and creates a graph. The problem that I am having is that when you pick the "<" or ">" to navigate to a new month the page reloads with the current month. How do I get around this?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
