I am confused with Microsoft Distributed Application
Enterpirse Templates (MS-DAET). The documentation says to
create a solution baded on MS-DAET, make the changes, and
then save as a template. First, when I try to create the
solution, it prompts for the Web and WebService project
virtual directory. Second, I am confused about the Source

I am developing
a Web App using the 1.1 framework. I am using the Enterprise Application
Blocks for this program (espcially the data access block). Everything is
working well, except when I add new controls or code I get this error. To
resolve the error, I have to close down my development environment, stop the
server and clear the Temporary ASP.NET files for my project. Does anyone
know what is causing this error. Thanks.

I'm fine tuning a scope_handle class that takes a policy class as the
second template.

Please see above link for full understanding of the problem.
One thing I don't like about the way the current policy template is
setup is that for the ptr_policy class the first template type is
different from the template type given to the policy.
And on the other policy classes, the template type is the same....

I started a new solution using enterprise template project, added WebUI
project to that.
Now I want to add web user control (*.ascx) to this project. But i'm not
getting web user control in the "Add New Item" pane.
Do Enterprise Template WebUI don't allow to create user controls. If it
allows then how to do that ?

I am surprise that db2licm refers to a DB2 Connect Server. Is there a way to

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
