I posted a message yesterday in regard to session variable error message.
Do you know what Microsoft DLL that processes Session variable?
On that server, we can not seem to register anything. ASP.DLL is not
registered, and we can not register ASP.DLL, it gives the error
""DllRegisterServer
in c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv\ASP.DLL failed. Does this have anything to do
with the right in the Active Directory perhaps not being setup correctly? I...

Because when I asked for comments on my site-design (Remember? My site,
your opinion!) some of you told me never to change anything on
font-sizes!
What do you guys think of that: http://www.clagnut.com/blog/348/
I hope that's going to be a good discussion!

Is there any other way to write files to a directory than allowing the
IUSR write access. We have a website that will be writing XML files and
Label files to a directory outside of our website directory but I am
hesitant to give the generic IUSR account write access to anything and
wondered if we could asign a different account or if there was some
sort of ASP script we could use. These files will be created based on a
received XML string...

hello,
an algorithm book i'm reading talks about the connectivity
problem/algorithm.
it gives a number of examples where the connectivity problem applies to
real life situations (like, the objects may represent computers in a
large network and the pairs represent connections between them)
another real situation example that's given is:

The call CertOpenSystemStore(0, "MY") in a C++ COM DLL returns an "Access is denied" error when called from a classic ASP webapplication.
Doesn't the IUSR and/or IWAM account by default have the proper authorisation to call CertOpenSystemStore() ?

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
