Hello all -
I'm at wits end with trying to figure out why I'm having this problem since I followed the research, that I've dug up, to a "T". I'm trying to display a JPEG image from a path directory within a Crystal Report. I created a typed dataset that is not bound to the database called dsLogo and created one field within it that has a base64binary type for the image. Once I've incorporated the dataset into the report and dropped the...

Hi guys
I am new to ASP and .Net. I am working a web app where some Crystal
Reports will be incorporated. Right now I am trying to get a simple
report with a bar graph to show up in a browser.
I have taken a few tutorials and get the same problem everytime. At
first, when I viewed the report in the browser, all images were
broken(including crystal navigation buttons). I fixed the navigation
image problems by creating a virtual...

Help!!!
The bitmap I am trying to display in a sample Crystal Report is coming
up with much less quality than the original bitmap.
I have a 300x300 dpi bitmap file that I want to insert at run time into
a Crystal Report. The path to the file is stored in a varchar(100)
field in a table in SQL Server.
The Crystal Report displays the bitmap in the IBlobField object but it

I store images in my SQL 2005 database in a varbinary(max) field.
I want to display them in a Crystal Report. Within Crystal Reports,
when I put the field on the page and preview the report, it shows up.
Great.
But I wish to display it within a CrystalReportViewer control. When I
do this, it shows up as a broken image (with the red X)... Anyone know
anything?
The report was made using Crystal 10.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
