Hello,
Is there someway to hide the name of the page in the browser?
When a page is display the full address is shown like
http:\\www.mysite.com\Default.aspx, is there some setting (maybe in IIS /
ASP.NET or something) so the page is shown like http:\\www.mysite.com\ and
not showing aspx and possbile parameters.
TIA

Hi,
Given a page source, is there any tool that can make a sketch of the
page structure? Our template is DIV based. It's easy to get lost in
so many DIV's. Say, <div id="container"can include other DIV's (e.g.
nav, content, righ-column, footer, etc.). Just by staring at the page
source, it's so hard to find the closing </divfor <div...

Hello, I have been trying to learn PHP and have been spending all day trying to solve this "simple" problem. I am using Mac OS X 10.4. hi there,
so i vaguely remember viewing the source code to some internet sites, which appeared much shorter compared to the lengthy, complex content that was actually displayed... i'd like to know if there's a way to hide the script portion (or all portions) of an internet site from being viewed in a browser's "View Page Source"...
thanks.

I am trying to screen scrape some stock data from yahoo, so I am
trying to use urllib2 to retrieve the html and beautiful soup for the
parsing.
Maybe (most likely) I am doing something wrong, but when I use
urllib2.urlopen to fetch a page, and when I view 'page source' of the
exact same URL in firefox, I am seeing slight differences...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention.
