I want to capture / read the text flowing through a chat window that

of an external application. I should note that I don't just want to

the text in the chat window once, I want to get the new text as and

Hi all, as you can see from the subject, I'm try to use an asp:button to create a new browser window and output contents to new window
But default if I do the
Response.Write("..."
The output gets sent directly to the window or frame that the button was contained in - if I was using regular anchor links I could just specify the target - i.e.
<a href="http://...." target="nameNotInCurrentFrameset">something</a

Do you remember when one of your buddies get connected to MSN Messenger, a
little alert pops up in the lower-right hand corner of your screen saying
"Bob signed up", then, after a second, it goes down and disappears.
Well, I'd like to do it too, but with my browser. At least I'd like with
IE if possible. This would be for a chat application for the web. How
could I do it?

I'm using the sample code of the file 'simple.py' and trying to make a
single window with a panel in it, but I keep getting an error. Here's my
code: (I know I might need something else, like a Show() method for the
panel, but the error stops on the first panel line anyway. I've tried a
Layout() method but it didn't get that far).

popup window shouldnt contain minimize,close and maximize buttons and
it should be resizable? I am trying using window.open but not getting
the desirable results.

This is Inbaraj... I am doing an Internet Chat program... I that if a person who enter into that portal a popup message should be displayed like in google talk.. In right hand side a popup window will be displaying saying that person is online..
I dont know how to bring that pop window in the righ handside corner..
can any one give me the sample code for that how to bring that.....
