IIS5 and asp pages

I have several website that use asp pages and backend
databases running on my win2000 server. I removed
everyone from the permissions on all of my Hard drives and
added the annonymous user to the winnt folder and the
wwwroot folder and all of the folders within these
directories. Now my sites that just run straight html
work fine but my sites with .asp pages are having
problems. However if I add the Domain Administrator
account as the annonymous user to the site it will work.
Then I have reverted back to the I_USR account and the
site still works until the server has to be rebooted. At
this point the site won't work until I add and then remove
the admin user as the annonymous user to the site. Please
help what permission am I missing.

I found this articel that says that Server.HtmlEncode will screw up unicode data. I'm using htmlencode on many pages and cannot see that data are corrupted. It says in the "This information in this article applies to" section that it is applicable for ASP 2.0 with IIS4 and IIS5. I thought IIS5 only supported ASP 3.0? Is the Server.HtmlEncode...

Hi, We run IIS5 with .NET V2 and asp pages. We have started to see 2GB traffic per day for only 400 users and when I have looked in the IIS logs it appears pages are not being cached all. This time last week the traffic was around 800MB per day when caching appeared to work. Nothing has changed with IIS and our dev team assure me they have...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
