S**t for brains strikes again!
Why did I do that? When I met the clients and at some point they vaguely
asked whether eventually would it be possible to have some people who could
read the data and some who couldn't but that it wasn't important right now.
And I said, 'sure, we can do that later'.
So now I've developed an app without any thought to security and am trying
to apply it afterwards. Doh!, doh! and triple doh!

I would like to run mine with apache JMeter, a well-known open source
tool.
Unfortunately, it does not works well with ASPNET, I think maybe
because postback in the dotnet area are not the same as in the
html/java/cgi-bin traddition.

I am learning Web Application Stress Tool and try to run Sample Script. When
I tried to Add Counter under Perf Counters node, There is Error message:
Failed to load the perf counters from the computer ... If I click OK, The Add
counter to report window is pop-up, but Object is empty. I can't add any
counter such as Get Requests/sec.
When I run Performance, tried to add counters into System Monitor, All

Can someone give a sample to prevent a row from being deleted in a
datatable?
I tried e.Row.RejectChanges(); in dt_RowDeleting() but seems does not work.
I need verify if there other data using data in this row before actually
remove it from datagrid.
I can certainly control with Delete button. But if I want to allow the user
to use Del key on the keyboard, I lost this kind control.

I've noticed (for quite some time now) that .Net UIs are not as responsive
(see Franklin Covey's PlanPlus for Windows XP or Symantec's .Net Norton
Antivirus or even the .Net version of Paint done by Washington University vs
good old Paint UIs for examples).
They are also not as professional looking as the older applications and the
reaction times of the UIs is not professional looking at all.
Why do you think this is? Is it bad...

I have an issue where I have a user control that is launched into a
floating form. At some point later, I allow the user to "unfloat" the
user control by reparenting it on a split container in another form.
Problem is if I wake a tooltip when the window is floated, and then try
the same thing when it is reparented, the app crashes with " Cannot
access a disposed object.Object name: 'Form'.
Presumably, this is a result of the tooltips...

Hopefully a simple question: can anybody tell me whether the "Total
Bytes Received" and "Total Bytes Sent" values that are logged in the Web
Application Stress Tools Report are taken in in the context of the
client or the server?
I.e, is it Total bytes receieved by the client or total bytes recieved
by the server?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
