I recently installed SuSE 9.3 on x86, and it seems to contain scripts
"apache2" and "mysql" in the /etc/init.d folder. However, these two (Apache
or MySQL) are not running when I fresh reboot the machine. I am having to
execute a "./apache2 start" and "./mysql start" every time I reboot.
I am a newbie when it comes to unix admin, and I am trying to read up about

when I issue db2_all "db2 get db cfg for <dbname>", I get for each node:
<HOSTANME> : DB2 GET DB CFG FOR <DBNAME> completed RC=0
rah: <HOSTNAME>
but there is no screen output for any of the nodes.
Any idea how to make this work?

I have a weird .RC corruption problem with MSVC .NET 2003.
I have a .RC file that has been in use for years with .NET inside a project called Netcount. Recently I upgraded to .NET 2003 and migrated the project.
Now, everytime I access the resources to change a dialog or so, then, when I compile, the compiler halts with errors:

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
