How do I display a picture on a form?

I created a personel database using MS Access 2003. I was able to display pictures in a form associated with each personel record. The pictures were created/edited with MS Picture It with graphics file type .mix. I recently upgraded to MS Access 2007. When I attempted to add more pictures on new records, the form shows that the file/object was inserted but it doesn't show the actual picture. I tried different file types supported by MS Access 2007 but I was uncessful in making the form display the actual picture.

Thanks.
