Daily, Weekly, Monthly view of resources?

Can anyone give me some pointers as to how to construct a form or forms that
will allow me to see a schedule of meeting rooms Booked or Available as a
nice visual display. The Query that holds the data for the schedule will
have the following fields: RoomName, StartDate, EndDate, BookedBy.

It needs to look a bit like the Outlook calendar (not all users have
Outlook), I do not need to see the times that rooms are booked/available, I
just need to see that room one, four and six are booked on a given day. I
presume I will have to construct forms on the fly using VBA once a user
selects date ranges, but other than that, I am a bit clueless as to where to
start.

I need daily, weekly and monthly views.

Paul,

If all the rooms do not need to show up on one calendar from, i.e. you
can view a monthly calendar form for each room, the following may help.
There is an "attendance calendar" access db that you can download at:
http://www.mvps.org/access/resources/downloads.htm .It color-codes
dates of attendance on a monthly calendar form. I think you could
easily modify this to suit your needs.You could bring up a monthly
calendar for a given room, and have the date coded a different color
if the room is booked for that day.
