Why cant i get the header images on every page

When i inserted the images in the header for the page in access
reports, why is just the header not shown on all the pages when the
footer does.Is there any property which i need to reset or check on.

Can somebody help.
Thanks

ReportHeader is first page only. PageHeader is every page.
