In order to avoid the installation error messages, it would probably be
easier and quicker to install the whole thing. Microsoft warns that you may
not be able to use VSTO successfully if you don't install the components in
the correct order. You can read the complete installation instructions

I have a purchased a copy of Visual Studio Tools which ships with
Access 2003 developer Extension. I have loaded the developer
Extension, however it keeps telling me that it is not completely
installed.
is there anything else that i have to load? I only want to use the
Pakage Wizard at this stage.
