Form link problem

I am creating a play area inspection and re-ordering system. I have an
inspection form which contains various fields including a site number
field. When the user clicks a button it jumps to an order form where a
list of equipment for a particular site can be viewed. However I do
not know what code i will need to make the list of equipment appear.
At the moment a Site_equipment sub-form is on the order form showing
all the sites and all the equipment on the sites. What i need is
specific equipment shown based on what site number is inputted in the
inspection form.

If this can be achieved then when a user selects an irem of equipment,
the parts for this piece of equipment need to be listed in a combo
box. I am unsure of this procedure also.

Any help and suggestions would be much appreciated.
