Hello guys! I'm new in Access and as such there are small details that escape me. I'm building a database of equipment composed of its characteristics and mobilizations. I have a form that allows the user to search the equipment by keyword, location, equipment center and status. In a button click search if I intersect the search of the keyword and the location it works but in the other cases gives me error. I have tried different solutions but none of them worked out. I will attached my database file for better understanding. "LISTA_EQ" is the equipment description table, the "LOC" table is the mobilizations table, the "CC_DEQ" is the cost center of the equipment table and "STATUS" is the status table, where "AV" means damaged, "SV" means in service, "PQ" means in park and "?" unknown. The form in question is "SEARCH_EQ" .

Welcome to Bytes!
In general, none of the experts here at Bytes are going to voluntarily open a database from an unknown source. Additionally, many of us are behind firewalls which prevent us. Rather than sending your DB, please post samples of your queries--both the ones that work as well as the ones that don't. Let us know what you desires results are, what the actual results are and if there are any system errors that result.
This will allow us to directly troubleshoot your problems, rather than forcing us to hunt it down.
This is the standard practice of this forum.
Hope this hepps!

Access 97.
I have a form where there is an option group with two buttons, and a
combo box. The combo box Row Source is a query. The option group has
two options a) include a subset of the query where all records with
the field OPEN set to Yes, or return all records in the query (OPEN =
Yes or No).
If I "manually" set the criteria to 1 (yes) or 1 Or 2, I get the
correct records returned. However, I want to use the option group

group of ture/false and all. This is on a form, that the results are
displayed in a subform. When the user select a record from the last
combo box, (I have three combo boxes that filter into the next), and
when the last is selected it shows results in the subform. Now I want
the optiongroup to further filter the data. So far I am not able to

I have an ordering form that use two combo boxes to filter down the
records of a Products table. This worked fine with the after_Update of
the first filtering the records and creating the rowsource of the
second combo. The second combo's control source is the Product ID field
(foriegn key) on the Orders table.
Everything worked well until I decided to enhance the form by changing
the second combo to an option group. Now I don't know...

When you enter an option group you can move to each option with the
arrow keys and select with the space bar.
Option groups don't have keydown events so has
anyone come up with a way to allow keyboard entry for
option groups?
Just a simple way to select with 1-5 from the keypad or some such.
thanks for any help or a link to what to read.

This is my first project so I am very new to Access, Programing and so
on.
My project.
I have a Data Access Page that has a spreadsheet attached and a
Combobox. When I change the value in the combo box the spreadsheet is
update. This part works great. Now I want to add a Option Group
(which works fine in a form). The option group needs to limit the
items in the spreedsheet by days.. last 7, last 14 and so on.

Hi,
I have a form that includes a combo box with a list of customers. It also has an option group that I want to configure to read the data that's in my customer table so that it displays the customer status field and gives the user the ability to change this value.
My problem is that I can't seem to get the option group to see which customer has been selected in the combo box. The form works in that I can run it and set the option to A,...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
