IIF with yes/no to select other yes/no boxes

3 New Member
I am working in an Access Form to have one yes/no checkbox when selected to also select other yes/no checkboxes automatically and have this reflected in the connected table. Is this an IIF function. I'm still new to using Access.
For example, I have a list of cities (all are yes/no check boxes in form and on table) and a yes/no check box that says "Top10Citie s". I would like help figuring out how to build the expression to make the yes/no selection of "Top10Citie s" when yes to also select yes for the corresponding 10 cities in the form.

I have 10 select boxes, they have select values of 1 to 10 (one of each value). I'd like to be able to change one of the select boxes and have the rest reorder themselves accordingly. I thought this would be simple, as the values of the other select boxes are either incremented up (if going from a smaller value to a larger) or...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows.
