Disappearing Drop Down List

19 New Member
Need help on this one. I have a DB that multiple users have access to from various servers. (The various users map a network drive to gain access to it). On one of the forms in the DB there is a drop down list populated by a query. The strange thing is some users can see the contents of the drop down list; other can not. It's like it's invisable as opposed to blank, because if you scroll down the list and click on the "invisable" list, it will return a value. Any ieas??

You make no mention of versions of Access being used, but I'm going to guess that the errant computers are running Access 2003 with the awful SP3 service pack installed but without the subsequent hotfix installed. The problem you describe is one of the most commonly reported bugs associated with this service pack. If this is your situation, here's a page by Allen Browne with most of the bugs and at the bottom a link to Micro$oft's site where there's a hotfix:

Linq,

ALL PCs are using Access 2003. I will look into the information you sent me. Thanks!

Then almost assuredly the errant PCs have SP3 installed and need the hotfix to correct this and other bugs you may not have run into as of yet! SP3 is buggier than the Great Dismal Swamp!

Everything looked fine. So I placed the code in the W3C validator and it passed with no errors. Then I placed a regular unordered list with no class before...
