I have a (continuous) subform (not datasheet) designed to look like
columns of data. On each column "header" is a command button that when
pressed, sort the records via that field.
Does anyone have any ideas how to "select" multiple headers to sort on
(as if it were a datasheet and you select multiple columns, then
sort).

Hi all,
I'm bothered with this question for weeks now.... Is it possible to edit
multiple records at once using VBA? I have this continuous form and
depending on the selection the user makes, I want to edit another table
(not the recordsource of the form) in my database. How can I access the
selected records in VBA? Any ideas would be very welcome....

How do I get the items selected from a datasheet? Does a datasheet support
multiple selections?
I know a ListBox has a "Selected" property that can be used when the
MultiSelect property is set - but is there a way to get the same
functionality with a datasheet?
If not, I'm throwing all my datasheets in the junk..... why bother with
datasheets? get all the same functionality with a listbox?

This time a very very difficult case:
I have a table "tblStudent", there are 50 students, I also made a form
"frmStudent" based on "tblStudent", now if I don't want to show all the
students in a classical (vertically, from top to bottom) way, but make them
"sitting" in 50 text boxes, 5 rows 10 columns, how to do it?

Hi All :)
I'm converting VB6 using True DBGrid Pro 8.0 to VB2005 using DataGridView.
True DBGrid has a MultipleLines property that controls whether individual
records span multiple lines. Is there an equivalent property for the
DataGridView? I have searched, but have not found one.
I would like the user to be able to see all the columns of the table on one
screen - thus eliminating the need to use the horizontal scroll bar to view...

That rather long subject says it.
In Access97 running on XP - I want to display a Maximized size Form01, then
open a Restore size Datasheet View Form02 on top of the first Form.
PopUp won't give me Datasheet view.
Dialog mode won't give me Datasheet view
I could make Form01 Restore size and expand it to fill the Window in
Restore size (maybe DoCmd.MoveSize Right, Down, Width, Height) - I don't
want this.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
