I am having a problem reading an Excel file that is XML based. The directory
I am reading contains Excel files that can be of two types. Either generic Microsoft
based or XML based. I am reading the Microsoft based files with an OleDbDataAdapter.
Then filling the contents of the first worksheet into a dataset.

I have a form that allows a user to upload a microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. (I
am testing with one created in Excel 2000)
The spreadsheet is uploaded correctly.
It is then supposed to be read and display in a datagrid. When the code

Hello,
I never had to do anything with office tools programmatically till now(I
guess there is first time for everything), so this might be a very silly and
simple question for some of you.
Any way, the new system that I am programming will need to be feeded daily
with an excel file. So I need to read a given file and write it to the
database - hopefully they all will follow the same structure.
My issue is I haven't found anything...

I had created a macro to read data from an excel sheet and write the
values to a text file. I had used "ActiveSheet.Range("GB" & k).Value"
command to read the values from the excel.
The issue is: some cells in the excel sheet is having two lines value
and four lines data, the text file is generating that value in a
single line. (Ex. the cell value in address column is in four lines
and should display in four lines in the text file...

Hi,
I am trying to load a csv file in Iframe element. I just want to
load it as a text file.
however when i load the file in iframe it asks to open the file and
finally opens it with excel in IE window itself. If i save the save
file as .txt it is being read properly.I need to save the file in csv
format only so that it can be edited externally with excel easily.
