Hey,
I'm running a localhost web server...W2K with IIS 5.0, and I'm trying to use
ASP/ADO to access my Access database. When I first load the page, everything
works, but if i hit refresh (F5 or even Ctrl-F5), I get "page cannot be
displayed" with the problem line of code being the database Open command
(the starred line in the snippet below). If I press Refresh repeatedly, that
doesn't help. After a minute or two, refreshing the page...

I guess this is a simple one but I can't seem to get it to work. I want to

Hi everyone,
I have been updating a file that uses a main form that contains a
subform (as a datasheet). The main form really does not do anything
on opening except maximizes to the users screen size. The subform
however runs an "embedded" query (cause I don't know the right term)
to show a list of records based on the embedded query. BTW, by
embedded, I'm indicating the form does not run an external query but
uses the query included...

I have a multi-user Access database with back- and front end on the network.
Problem is that the forms don't get refreshed automatically: if user A
enters a record it will only become available to user B if user B closes the
form and re-opens it. I know that I can add a button to the form that does
Me.Requery but I can't imagine there isn't a possibility that does this

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
