There must be some files, path of which you have hardcoded in the application.

Change that to app.path

Heya, masoud. Welcome to TSDN!

I'm going to go ahead and move this thread to the Access forum, where our resident Experts will be better able to help you out.

What is the configuration of your database? Front-end, back-end? I can only think of one situation that would be making this happen, and that is that the linked tables of the back-end are assumed to be still located in the directory you created them in.

There are several ways to link tables. Let us know what situation you have, and how you have linked the tables, including the code used (Please wrap any code in the [code] tags by selecting the text, then clicking the # icon on the top of this reply window).

Regards,
Scott

I have developed an application for pocket pc that requires multiple forms to be open at any one time. The user is able to flick from one to the other, making changes to each as and when necessary The application uses a stacking system to hold instances of the forms, and an array to hold "previous navigation" information (information on this method was found on "http://smartdevices.microsoftdev.com/Learn/Articles/505.aspx") The problem I have...

I've been struggling with C# for the last couple of months (I'm a VB6 developer) and it dawned on me this morning that it has nothing to do with C# and everything to do with application design. Case in point; I recently developed an application in C# that worked perfectly well and performed the task I required. Having finished the development, I went back and split the program in to four classes, so ending up with a program that did...

I have never dabbled with ASP.NET until now so be warned! I have created a web application with the single default form: WebForm1.aspx and when I try to display it I get this error. My understanding was that ASP.NET was supposed to set itself up, especially as I am using Windows Server 2003. Can anybody give me instruction as to resolution; what folder should I be granting the access to? The path shown only exists as far as the...

How does one launch multiple forms in an application? Using Photoshop as an example, this application seems to be composed of many 'disjoint' forms. Yet, they all seem somewhat 'active' in contrast to one of them always being 'modal' (e.g., if you are moving over a picture the 'Info' form will update the (x,y) screen location in realtime even if not the selected form. Also note that this example implies the various forms can communicate...

Title is "Cannot Start Application" and it says: ==================== Cannot download the application. The application is missing required files. Contact application vendor for assistance.

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
