*Help Needed* Start Date & End Date to run multiple queries...

Hello,

I currently have a database which consists of about 100 queries. I want to create a button in a form that will run all 100 queries, but at the same time the user can pick the date range, by entering the dates. ie: textStartDate - textEndDate, in a form. This would change the date range on all the queries. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Have the queries use the date specified on the form.

Hi, Thank you for your response, is that done with an expression? Or through VB?

No, where ever your query needs to use [Start Date] use [Forms]![FormName]![txtStartDate] instead.

Help needed with this: I have had a guestbook-page in Europe and will now have to move it to a US based-server. This makes the time-function showing time 6 hours wrong. The time should be GMT minus 6 hours. Can anyone help me with that? Her's the code: <?php header("Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate"); header("Pragma: no-cache"); ?>

Hello, I have a multithreaded windows NT service application (vb.net 2003) that I am working on (my first one), which reads a message queue and creates multiple threads to perform the processing for long running reports. When the processing is complete it uses crystal reports to load a template file, populate it, and then export it to a PDF. It works fine so far....

I'm just recently come to work for an auto brokerage firm. My position involves performing mysterious rites, rituals and magick in order to get information out of their access database. This is due to the fact that the "designer" they hired had an unfortunate ability to tink around with a program far beyond her reach. She had no concept of any of the principles of database design, so what i'm left with is a junkpile. The only reason I...

I need some advise on how to best create an Access 2002 report from multiple "total" queries, each which result in 3- 5 values that I need displayed on my report. Most of the queries do simple counts based on 3 different tables. For instance, I need to count the number of new clients enrolled in a program for a given month or year-to-date grouped by 4 different referral sources (based on the start date for the client). Then I need to count...

Please, if you have the time and knowledge to help me I'd truly appreciate it! I need to build a calendar page that displays available/unavailable info from a DB and colour a cell according to that info, but somewhere I've gone completely off the rails! Basically it is a room availability page for an intranet and should simply colour a calendar cell red if the room is booked, or green if it isn't. Rooms are typically booked by lecturers...

I have a table that contains a field for the start time for each day of the week (e.g., MondayStart, TuesdayStart, WednesdayStart, FridayStart, SaturdayStart, SundayStart). I need a query that yields the first start time from any of the days. The problem is that, in many cases/records, there is not start time at all, or there are start times on multiple days. Some meetings may only be on Monday where others may be on Tuesday and...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
