My role is mainly advisory and server management. I have very little
to do with content or page generation, so it's not something I can
do myself -- I have to persuade other people to do it.

i Update my config file and add this line

responseEncoding="Windows-1256"/>
this line let mee see the arabic on labels but when i enter data from the
form the data stored in SQLDB like that ????,
Also i make the fields in DB...

I am finding an issue with the current DropDownList and ListBox ASP.NET Web
Controls.
I had a system set up for Arabic and a string that I put into a drop down
had a number. The letters were being displayed in Arabic but the numbers were
Latin. In other parts of my app ,Arabic numerals would appear as expected.
I found an MSDN link to the following web page that mentioned there was an
issue with the current DropDownList and ListBox ASP.NET...

I have a question regarding setting Culture in Web.config file in an ASP.NET application.
I added the culture = "ar-SA", and then when i added a calendar control i should be getting the days in arabic right ?
But it does not. What should i do?

I'm having trouble displaying and passing arabic characters from my web
form. I've added requestEncoding="windows-1256"
responseEncoding="windows-1256" to my web.config but it didn't help. I also
added <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=windows-1256"> to the top of the page and that still didn't fix it.
When I submit a form with arabic text it comes out as %e1%c8 instead of the
text. It also displays like this...

I have a mysql table which is populated with arabic data. I gave the charset as utf-8 and in phpmyadmin the values are shown in arabic. But when i query the db with a select statement and print the result array, i see all arabic data as ?????.
