I want to create textboxes dynamically but with dynamic names also.
i am retrieveing a load of values from a table in SQL into a DataReader.
Then i want to create textboxes from those variables. I want to dim various
textboxes with different names depending on what I retrieve from SQL. I
tried the following:
dim dtrcondet.item("contact_detail_description") as new textbox()
but this does not work

Hello all!
For quite some time now, I've got the following problem:
Access won't close properly when a user closes the application. An
ACCESS process stays active and that process can only be terminated by
pressing ++ and then terminate the process.
I searched the entire internet and found out that there could be two

Does anyone know a way you can use conditional formatting to create a banded
style view as is commonly seen on the internet. (In othe words the first
record appears on a gray background, the 2nd on white, the third on gray etc
etc.) I could write an expression based on the odd/even status of the
primary key but this wont work when sorting and filtering is applied.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Anyone up for a challenge?
I've been struggling with this for a few days and was hoping someone could

We have a GridView that needs to be dynamically designed, depending on what
collection of fields our uses want to edit for their product data. We have
400+ fields of information per product so they're selecting a subset of those
fields to edit.

Operating in A97.
I didn't receive much of a response conserning Pivot tables in Access.
Pivot tables are nice, but a CrossTab will work for me too.
Using a Pivot table, one is actually launching Excel for data viewing.
I'd prefer the user stay in Access. Creating dynamic crosstab queries
is pretty simple. The problem is that the column count may shrink or
grow depending on the filter.

Greetings,
Im a newbie to JSP/Javascript (unfortunalley).
However I found enough example to create code that connects to my access db and populates two combo boxes.
The selection of the first box is used to populate the second (cascading).
See code below, apologies for the formatting as I wrote it in notepad.
I am assuming the code runs through once and therefor combo box populated only once.
