New Record if Requery find no record

I have a form that has two combo boxes which are used to find a record for the subform. An AfterUpdate event on the second combo box runs ...
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Me.vtrack.Requery
this part works perfectly, and when no record is found, of course nothing populates the subform. When nothing populates and I type in information to the subform and Save/Close the form, no record is created in the subforms table. I'm trying to find a way to have the subform start a new record when no record is found.

I have a button on "Form A" in the right margin of every record in my recordset. When you click on a button, a dialog box ("Form B") pops up that gives more details about that particular record. The problem is that when I close the dialog, the cursor jumps to the beginning of the recordset on "Form A". I want it to go back to the record where I pressed the button. What's the best way to set the focus to a particular record when...

Looking for some expert help here. Caveat: I do not know SQL, and I've built a database basically by trial and error (unfortunately, I don't have much time to learn Access as I would want). My basic database form is for patients, and I store their info in the database and link to videos of surgery, etc. I made a switchboard, a few queries, and a few reports that I can use to look at categories, etc. However, instead of run a report or...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
