Switchboard button put button-text behind

I have a database using a Switchboard. When I place a text on the
buttons and push on one of them and go back, the text is fallen behind
the button. This happens on some PC's but not on my laptop. How to
solve it?

You can't "place a text on a button" by locating a Label Control on top of
it. Why not? Because, as you have discovered, Access thinks the Command
Button, on which you can take action, is "more important" than the Label. It
will not even let you change that with the Move to Back and Bring to Front
options on the Format menu. This is not, repeat _not_, an error -- it is
working as designed.

To change the Text on the face of a Button, click it in Design View,
right-click, choose Properties, and in the Format tab, change the Caption to
the new text you wish displayed. You can also change the Caption property in
VBA code, but that doesn't seem to be at issue here.
